My work is guaranteed to be of a high quality and standard, and be written correctly. That being said, sometimes mistakes are made, and this is my suggestion.

Not Satisfied
I work very hard with you before I put pen to paper to make sure that we have an agreement on all the aspects of your personalized design. That’s why I ask you to put everything in writing on email so that there are no misunderstandings. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Beautiful Calligraphy online purchase, I will gladly accept the return of your calligraphy item within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. If there is a mistake that I have made in the text, I will correct it and re-ship it to you without any cost to you (no charge for return postage as well). If you are unhappy with your calligraphy, I will either work with you to amend the design when I determine this is possible, or refund your money. If the problem is that you changed your mind about the design, I will refund 50% of the fee. For personalized prints, I will credit your charge, minus shipping costs. Return/Exchanges packages must be shipped pre-paid. (Returned merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase will only be given current online store price credit).
Just to let you know: In all of the jobs I have done since 2002, I have only once had a piece returned. Please read my rave reviews to be assured you will receive a piece of art that brings joy to you and your recipient.
